Easter Seal Stamp Artist

Barbara’s Water Lily painting became the 2009 Easter Seal Stamp. It is the second time her artwork was awarded this honor and published. The stamp goes out to 6.6 million homes as the charity’s largest fundraiser in their campaign to assist disabled children and adults. Her Tiger Lily was a winner in the 2005 Call to Artists.
